FISD staff must present their staff ID and a purchased ticket.

Children under the age of 3 are not permitted in the pool.

During peak hours, sharing of lanes may be required.

HS students must present their student ID and a purchased ticket.

MS students and under must be accompanied by an adult to enter and for the duration of the time they are at the pool. *No one will be allowed in the building for open swim or as a chaperone or guest of a swimmer without a purchased ticket. 

**FISD Aquatics staff reserves the right to remove anyone who is not engaged in appropriate use of the pool facility or comprises the family friendly environment. No refund may be granted for purchased tickets.

Open Lap Swim Policy Change Effective Immediately

Open Lap Swim:

Open Lap Swim is defined as using the pool’s designated lanes for recreational swimming back and forth. Guests must swim in the deep end lanes (7ft-11ft deep) unassisted. Aquatics staff reserves the right to assign lanes and/or control daily access.

Shallow End:

The Shallow end is closed during all programming at the aquatic center. There are specific hours for shallow end usage and are as follows: Mon-Thurs 11:00am-1:00pm, Friday 11:00am-12:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm. There is no shallow end usage during evening open swim. The lanes in the shallow end are designated for exercising (walking back and forth or swimming). Open Lap Swimmers will be removed if the shallow end policy is violated.

- Lifeguards and aquatics management have the right to assign lanes and/or remove guests from the facility if safety is compromised.

- No one is permitted to use FISD equipment including balls, kick boards, lifejackets, or diving blocks/diving boards.

- Anyone under age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

-There is a discount for current FISD students and staff.

-All guests must follow instructions from lifeguards and adhere to all facility rules in order to use the FISD Aquatic Center.

Class 1: 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM

Class 2: 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Class 3: 6:30 PM - 7:00 PM

SLC Class: 7:00 PM - 7:30 PM

***Dates are subject to change due to inclement weather, equipment malfunction or an unpreventable circumstance.*** There are no ‘make up dates’ or refunds if a swimmer misses class. Swimmers will partake in 30 minute classes that will be held with a group size of 1:5 ratio Skills the kids will learn are not limited to: bubbles, flutter kicks, back floats, freestyle, side breathing Policies: No parents on pool deck, they must remain in the lobby in accordance with USA Swimming Rules Parents must use lobby restrooms FISD reserves the right to refuse rights of service to ensure the safety of the students and staff FISD Students ONLY Ages 3-14 Test or know their levels For any and all questions related to the Learn2Swim program, please contact Coach Lester at kmlester@forneyisd.net Parents must complete registration Google form prior to payment.
